• Community posts and interactions within the app
• Device information and general location data for app functionality

• For organisation subscribers, your name and email address may be provided to us by your organisation as part of a program agreement

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and subscription
• Process payments through Stripe
• Deliver the Service including live sessions and community features
• Send you service communications including welcome emails, launch updates, billing notices, and session reminders
• Improve the app based on usage patterns

Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your card details are collected and stored securely by Stripe and are not held directly by Your Pocket MOJO Pty Ltd. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Organisation billing arrangements are managed as specified in the relevant program agreement and may involve invoicing rather than payment through Stripe.

Community Content

Individual Community

Content you post in the individual community area is visible to other individual subscribed members. Please do not include sensitive personal information in community posts.

Organisation Community

Content you post in your organisation's community space is visible only to members of your organisation and is not shared with individual subscribers or other organisations.

You may request deletion of your community posts by contacting us at [email protected].

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services in the operation of Your Pocket MOJO™:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Zoom for live sessions
• Email platform — to be confirmed
• Analytics tool — to be confirmed

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription we will retain your data for [ insert period ] in case you choose to resubscribe, after which it will be securely deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.

For organisation subscribers, data retention is also subject to the terms of the relevant program agreement.

Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18 we will delete it promptly.
