Partner with MOJO Practice
For coaches, facilitators and consultants

The aha moments happen in your sessions.

let’s help them last in between.

Bring Your Pocket MOJO™, a daily presence practice of 1 to 5 minutes, into your own programs, under your own name. Your clients keep practising between sessions, so each time you meet they arrive clearer and you start deeper.

By invitation, and kept small: for practitioners whose values we share.

Why partners bring in a daily practice

For your clients

What you work on actually sticks

Insight fades when everyday pressure returns. A few private minutes a day keeps people clear and grounded, so each session builds on the last instead of starting from cold.

For you

A distinctive offer, with nothing to build

Sessions that go deeper and work that lasts. You set your own price and keep the margin, and group-level insights show sponsors the value of your work.

Who it’s for

Partners work in different ways. The practice fits around yours.

Ongoing groups

Cohorts, supervision and peer groups. A prompt a week between sessions and a check-in midway.

1:1 coaching

Suggest one practice that fits what came up, and start the next session from what your client noticed.

Workshops and retreats

Keep the day flowing afterwards, with a follow-up series of prompts and an online check-in.

Work inside organisations

A private daily practice for the people you coach or facilitate, alongside your sessions.

Excludes organisations in Australia’s independent care and community sector, which are supported through PurposeOrgOS.

A few minutes a day to pause, notice what’s true, and reconnect with what matters most.

Your Pocket MOJO trains four presence capacities: Mindful Pause, Openhearted Observation, Joyful Surrender and Original Essence. It brings together self-enquiry, sensory awareness and sound frequency through Vee Haslam’s improvised piano, working holistically on head, heart and higher self: how we think, what we feel and sense in the body, and who we truly are. Not meditation, and not a wellbeing add-on: practice for staying present and clear when things get busy.

Ask about partnering

How it works

  1. A conversation with VeeWe talk about your work, your clients and whether partnering is a good fit.
  2. OnboardingWe set up your account and community space, and walk you through the dashboard and toolkit.
  3. Launch with your groupIntroduce the practice in a session, send the invitation, and try a practice together.
  4. Between sessionsWeekly prompts, a mid-cycle check-in, and sessions that open from what people noticed.
Our promise to your clients

Private, chosen and theirs

Each person’s reflections and journal stay private. No one sees them: not you, not us, and not any organisation that pays. Partners see group-level engagement only, such as how many people are practising.

The practice belongs to each person and supports your work with them. If an organisation wants leadership, culture or capability work across the whole organisation, that is delivered through PurposeOrgOS, for Australia’s independent care and community sector, and you receive a referral fee for the introduction.

Partners

  • Lead with their own program and story
  • Use “powered by MOJO Practice” alongside their brand
  • Set their own prices
  • Keep every promise about privacy

Questions partners ask

How many seats do I need to start?

10 seats. Then add more in batches of 5 at any time, pro-rated to your renewal date. Partnerships are limited, so we keep the group of partners small.

Do I have to use the app in every session?

No. Most partners close a session with one prompt to carry, and open the next with what people noticed. The toolkit gives you the words for both.

Can I see what my clients write?

No. Reflections and journals are private to each person. You see group-level engagement only.

What does it cost my clients?

You decide. Most partners include it in their program fee. You pay a partner rate and keep the margin.

Can Vee come to my retreat or program?

Yes. Your partnership includes live sessions with Vee, and you can add A Song for the Room at a partner discount: guided reflection with piano improvised for your group, in person or online.
